Terrible agent travels from our city to try to resolve our situation because in my city there is no Itaú bank, when the agent arrives it doesn't resolve anything and even the employees who work there give the wrong number" and when they give their number to we don't answer

It's just not as good as BB, but it has its advantages.

It is the oldest Banco Itaú branch in the city. The location is good, on the main avenue of Marabá Pioneira. There is no parking on site, but it is always possible to park nearby. Service is always good, following the Bank's standards in all branches.

Some employees are not well educated and end up making mistakes in some situations.
